What happens after you reach out

1. A short call. You tell us what you're seeing — standing water, a wet crawl space, a washout on a slope — and where you are. Most problems we've heard hundreds of times, so we can usually tell you what it likely is on the phone.

2. A walk of the property. We come out, trace where water enters, crosses, and collects, and figure out where it can legally discharge. If it's rained recently, even better.

3. A fixed quote. One number for the fix we'd actually do, in writing. No pressure and nothing owed for the estimate.
